Michael Pratt has over 20 years experience in working with early-stage, venture-backed companies, of which the last 3 were directly involved in mobility. Prior to co-founding SpydrSafe, Michael was the COO of CardStar, Inc., a mobile loyalty company sold to Constant Contact in 2011. From 2006 to 2010, Michael was the CFO/COO of Trust Digital, Inc., a venture-backed Mobile Device Management company sold to McAfee in June 2010. Prior to Trust, Michael was CFO of Galt Associates, Inc., a venture-backed enterprise software company sold to Cerner Corporation in July 2006. Michael’s earlier professional experience includes various finance and operating positions with Mobil Corporation in both domestic and international settings, including President and General Manager of three Mobil subsidiaries. Michael began his professional career with Arthur Andersen & Co.

Kevin Sapp
CTO
Prior to SpydrSafe, Kevin was Senior Director and Chief Architect for Mobile at McAfee, an Intel Company. He joined McAfee as a result of it’s acquisition of Trust Digital, where he was Vice President of Product Development, responsible for overall product strategy, roadmap, architecture, development, and delivery of Trust Digital’s award winning Enterprise Mobility Management platform. Prior to Trust Digital Kevin held technical positions for leading technology companies such as Visual Networks, and as a consultant to government agencies including DARPA and the FAA. Kevin is the co-author of several U.S. patents pending in the area of mobile security.

Victor Ronin
Director of Engineering
Victor has over ten years of hands on experience with mobility and security. He was responsible for supervision of software development, architecture design and implementation of numerous applications across mobile, desktop and web technologies. Founded and managed a consulting company which was acquired by DynoPlex Inc in 2008.

For over 20 years, Michael has worked with many organizations and has held many successful management positions in Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Professional Services, Operations, and Finance. Michael’s work with many organizations across several vertical markets and his deep understanding of strategic and functional solutions that span horizontally across the enterprise, allow him to leverage and expand SpydrSafe’s unique solutions in the rapidly growing Mobile Security Sector.
